Halloween

 These girls in their costumes are the cutest.

 Scarlett was the cutest little witch in the land. I loved her simple little costume.

 I went to watch the kids in their Halloween parade at school.

 I couldn't delete any of these pictures of Juliette. She is so beautiful.

I went to help in Charlie's class. He let Juliette share a seat with him and she got to participate in all the games. This made me happy. I love these two little blondies.

Cousin Halloween Party

 I loved all my kids' costumes this year. They are so darn cute. Edmond was a skeleton, Charlie was Draco Malfoy, Juliette a fairy, and Scarlett a witch.

 We planned a cousin Halloween party a few weeks before Halloween. We played Halloween bingo.

 These costumes were all so awesome. The teddy bear (Vincent) and the gorilla (Drake) were some of my favorites.

 My mom had some Halloween pictures to color.

 And Ashley prepared this fun donut on a string activity.

 Kristine planned a mummy race.

I'm feeling blessed to live so close to family and be able to make fun memories with them.

Spooky stuff

We love Halloween around here. We love spooky stuff and being scared. My girls listened to this R.L. Stine book and loved huddling on the bed together, feeling spooked.

Sometimes we drive around the neighborhood, just looking for spooky stuff. We found this house with lots of scary zombies and monsters. Scarlett had to take pictures. She took all of these.

 The boys participated in the pumpkin decorating contest at school.

 And our Little rock Ghost Town has made it's annual appearance. This year we added the Boo Barn.

Fall

Edmond and his best friend Davis decided to start a club at school. It's a paper airplane club. Edmond asked me to help him make a flyer that he could pass out to the other kids in his class. He said they had to change the name of his club after the first meeting though, because the Quadruple Pilots was a name for four people, and pretty much everyone in the class wanted to be a member after they saw the cool planes that Edmond and his buddies were flying around at recess.

 

 We are enjoying the beautiful fall leaves that are all around us. The boys were sweeping (yes, sweeping, with brooms) all the pretty leaves and making piles and bringing them in to the girls to  make projects with.

 We finally bought a couch for upstairs. We were holding off because we thought we'd be buying a house and not staying in this rental very long, but it's been a year and we are still here because we can't find a house that we agree on. So I told B that if he wasn't going to buy me a house, then he had to buy me a couch so I could have somewhere comfortable to sit that's not in the basement and not on my bed. I'm loving the couch...problem is now I want more comfortable places to sit. I want two comfy chairs to have in this room.

 I'm still going strong on my monthly temple attendance for 2017!

I'm so grateful that my kids have the opportunity to go to school and learn and socialize every day. We are so blessed.
