I am the woman behind the camera. I've always noticed while looking at my friends' blogs that there seem to be a lot of pictures of their kids and their husbands...but not many pictures of the mom. Now I know why. Someone has to capture those kandid moments! Here's some of the boys watching football on Easter Sunday.

Easter Weekend
B's friend Joe came into town this weekend. They went down to a nearby pond to fish for some bass. They used to do this all the time back in High School. They caught a few big ones.

5 Days Old
When Edmond was 5 days old I thought it would be a great idea to take him to get his picture taken. We loaded him up and headed for Kiddie Kandids. When we got there I realized what a fool I was to take a 5 day old baby to germ-infested Kiddie Kandids. I immediately started to feel some new-mother anxiety. We quickly had them take a few photos and then denied any other poses as we hurried and dressed our child and headed for the door. After talking to other new mothers I learned that most people don't leave the house with their new baby for about a month. Luckily, we all survived the ordeal.

A Sunday at home
It's one of those times in life where we have no where to be except home relaxing. So, we spent the morning enjoying our sweet Edmond.

Edmond was due for another bath. Luckily, this time, B was here to help me. He did a much better job of it than I did the first time, and Edmond hardly cried and he seemed to actually enjoy it.

More Edmond
We love when Daddy comes home for his lunch breaks, Edmond has something new and interesting to look at, and Mommy can finally get her sore body off the couch.

It's too bad you can't hear Edmond's sound effects that go with this face. It's something like "Ngahh".

Edmond loves his cousin Chase.

I put Edmond in his little lounge chair and thought he looked so cute that I had to take a picture.

When I came back 5 minutes later, this is what had happened.

Papa and his "Mini Me".

Grammy and Edmond

I gave Edmond his first sponge bath. I don't know who was more traumatized, me or him. I think he's gotten over it, but I still haven't. I'm dreading giving him his next one.
