One time Charlie saw his cousin Gideon at a soccer game. He went over to investigate.

Outside Meals
Lately I've been feeding the boys their lunch outside. I take their food outside to their little table and then I go back inside and shut the screen. They sit at their little bench and happily kick their legs and eat their meal. Once I forgot their drinks, so I opened the screen and put two little sippy cups on the ground for them to come pick up, then I shut the screen again. Kind of like how you'd feed a dog or a cat.
Hey, they're happy out there. And the clean-up is easy. Win win.

This Halloween Season
We spend all our time in the car looking for "spooky stuff". When we see a witch Charlie says, "Hee hee hee!" If we see a ghost he says, "Wooooooo".
When we walk into a store Edmond says, "Mom, let's go look for spooky stuff". So we make our way to the Halloween aisle and we look at all the decorations and we push the buttons on all the little figurines that do a little dance or cackle or jump out at you. The boys love being scared.
For Halloween Edmond wants to be a ghost. Sounds like an easy costume, right? Well, it's still not ready, and he needs it for Saturday. We'll see what happens. He might end up being Nemo again for the 3rd time in his little life.

The Patch
We made our annual trip to the pumpkin patch this year! This time we had to repolace Daddy with Amber and Taitum and Papa and Grammy.
The train ride is always awesome.
It was so fun taking Charlie this year. He loved EVERYTHING. The hay ride, the animals, the train, the corn dogs. We were having a hard time keeping up with him as he ran to all the different attractions.
The hay ride was pretty bumpy.

A Dirty Trick
When we got home from Apple Hill we pulled the apple fritter out of the sack. It was so massive. B gave it to Charlie, just to see what he'd do with it.
Well, he took a bite, naturally! This treat was bigger than his head, so B broke off a piece for him and a piece for each of us.
Charlie wasn't happy that we took his big dessert away and replaced it with a smaller version.

Apple Hill Again
You know it's fall when you see the Apple Hill post on my blog. We've gone every year since we've moved to Northern California. We just love it. But this time, it rained on us. Hard. So there were no pony rides or ducks to feed. We had to settle for puddles and apple donuts. We still had a great time.
