Life got busy there for a while and I haven't been able to find the time to update my precious blog. Here I am, finally getting to it, but in the meantime my phone broke and had to be replaced and I lost some pictures. I will post what I have taken since my phone has been replaced.
We have moved. We sold our lovely home and are in a month-to-month lease until we figure out what we want to do next, whether it be relocating to another area or buying a house with some property around here or just enjoying the care-free renter's life for as long as we want.
In the meantime, the kids are enjoying our new backyard, and springtime in beautiful NorCal.
This girl likes to tell me, "Mom, did you know that I am the king of potty talk?"
We are so proud.
She's is also our little ballerina.
I took the kids to see Cinderella. As soon as it was over, I wanted to immediately watch it again. The boys would have appreciated some battle scenes or spooky stuff, but they tolerated it well.
Scarlett, of course, loved it.
We spent an evening at Tiffani's where Scarlett fed the chickens over and over. They had more than they wanted to eat, but she kept offering them more and more.
Juliette loved the chickens too and followed them around everywhere.
We moved out of our old ward boundaries so B is no longer 1st counselor in the bishopric. We are sad to leave the ward, and it still hurts to think about it, but our new ward is wonderful and we know we'll make lots of friends soon. One perk to the ward change is that Daddy is home on Sunday's now. He helped the kids dye Easter eggs today.
Tiffani watched my kids one day while we were moving and sent me these lovely pictures of my kids frolicking in the countryside.
Here is Charlie at preschool, dressed like a ninja. Yay.
